Two Palestinian Children Arrested in Bil'in Wednesday

Two Palestinian children from the West Bank village of Bil'in near Ramallah were arrested around 5pm Wednesday near the apartheid wall west of town after they discovered several Israeli soldiers hiding in a nearby grove of olive trees.

Amar Rayed Al-Kateeb, 13, was released into his parents' custody around 2am Thursday morning.

Sameer Jadallah Al-Kateeb, 14, was still being detained by Israeli Occupation Forces at the time of this writing.

More than 30 Bil'in residents have been arrested since June during a night-raid campaign conducted by apartheid state security forces in an apparent attempt to disrupt the nonviolent resistance activities of the Bil'in Committee for Popular Resistance Against the Wall.
